1. Terms of Use

By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Refund & Cancellation Policy, Licence & Copyright terms and Privacy Policy.

Our products

We offer self-paced online courses, a downloadable toolkit, bundles, team licences, a free mini course, group sessions and workshops (The AI Playground), and optional one-to-one guidance and business coaching. Each product page describes what's included. Prices are in Australian dollars.

Buying and access

  • Your purchase is confirmed when payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email.
  • Course access lasts for as long as we offer the course, and for at least 12 months from purchase. If we ever retire a course, we'll give you reasonable notice and a chance to download your materials.
  • Each individual purchase is a one-off payment for one person. Your access is for you personally (or for your team members on a Team Licence). Please keep your login details private.
  • AI changes quickly, so we update our courses and the Toolkit regularly. When you buy a course, the Toolkit or a bundle, updated versions are included at no extra cost for as long as you have access. Brand-new courses are sold separately. Updates may change, add or remove lessons to keep content current and useful.

What you'll need

An internet connection and a device. Many activities use a third-party AI tool such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. These are separate services with their own terms, privacy practices, features and any costs, which we don't control.

Educational purpose

Our materials are general education. They are not legal, financial, medical, tax or other professional advice. AI tools can produce incorrect information, so please check anything important before relying on it. You're responsible for how you use AI outputs, and for protecting personal and confidential information.

Free guides and how we create our content

Our free guides, articles and course materials are created by Wonderfully AI, with AI as a co-creator, and reviewed by Janina before they're published. They share general information to help you learn. They aren't legal, financial, health or other professional advice, and they don't replace your own judgement.

AI tools change quickly. Features, plans, prices, settings and privacy controls can change at any time and may differ by app, device, plan and country. We review our content regularly, but some details may be out of date by the time you read them. Before you rely on anything important, please check the current information from the app provider and use your own due diligence.

Third-party AI tools and their names belong to their owners. We're independent and don't control how those tools work.

Kai, your Wonder Guide

Kai is an AI learning companion that may use third-party AI technology. Kai can make mistakes, isn't a person, and doesn't replace professional advice. Fair-use limits may apply so the service stays reliable and affordable for everyone.

Certificates

Certificates of Completion recognise that you've completed a course. They are not accredited qualifications or professional certifications.

Acceptable use

Please don't share, resell or publish our materials, misuse the website or Kai, or use our content for anything unlawful or harmful. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously breached, after first contacting you where reasonable.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees. If you live outside Australia, you may also have rights under the consumer laws of your own country, and nothing in these terms limits them.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and apart from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our materials or of third-party AI tools.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Digital products must be of acceptable quality, match their description and be fit for any purpose we've told you about. Services must be provided with due care and skill.

  • Major problem: you can choose a refund or a replacement.
  • Minor problem: we'll fix it within a reasonable time. If we don't, you can ask for a refund.

Change of mind (our extra promise)

The law doesn't require refunds for a change of mind, but we'd like you to feel comfortable:

  • Courses and The Wonderful Collection: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of purchase and have completed no more than two lessons in any course.
  • AI Productivity Toolkit: because it's an instant download, we can't offer change-of-mind refunds once it has been downloaded. Your consumer guarantee rights still apply.
  • Team Licence: a full refund within 14 days if no more than two lessons in total have been completed across the team.

Group sessions and workshops (The AI Playground)

  • Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 14 days before your session.
  • From 7 to 13 days before: one free reschedule, or a 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before: one free reschedule within three months; refunds aren't available unless required by law.
  • If we need to cancel, you can choose a full refund or a new date.

One-to-one guidance and business coaching

Reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. If we need to cancel, you'll receive a full refund or a new time.

How to ask

Email hello@wonderfullyai.com with your name and order details. We aim to reply within two business days, and refunds are made to your original payment method.

These rules don't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Licence & Copyright

© 2026 Wonderfully AI. All course content, the Toolkit, workbooks, worksheets, templates, images, the Wonderfully AI name and logo, and the Kai name and character are owned by Wonderfully AI or used with permission.

Your licence

Individual purchases are for one person. When you buy a course, the Toolkit or a bundle, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, print and adapt it for your own learning, your personal use, and use within your own business or organisation.

Please don't

  • Share your access or the files with people outside your licence.
  • Resell, republish, upload or distribute our materials, or the prompts as a collection.
  • Use our materials to create a competing course or product.

Team Licence

Covers the members of one small business, team, club or organisation, learning together. For larger organisations (as a guide, more than 10 learners), please contact us for a tailored licence.

Things you create

The plans, workflows and writing you create while learning are yours. Content produced by third-party AI tools is subject to those providers' terms, and isn't guaranteed to be original or free of others' rights.

4. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

  • Your name, email and message when you join our waitlist, save the free mini course, make an enquiry or contact us. The free mini course itself needs no sign-up.
  • When purchases open: order and account details, and your course progress, journal entries and project submissions.
  • Basic website usage information, if we use analytics.

We never ask for payment card details directly; payments are handled by a secure payment provider.

How we use it

To reply to you, provide your courses and certificates, give feedback on your work, send updates you've agreed to receive, and improve our products. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in every email. We only send marketing emails to people who have agreed to receive them, in line with the Spam Act 2003.

Who we share it with

Trusted service providers that help us run Wonderfully AI, such as our website host (Netlify, which may store form submissions in the United States), email, course and payment platforms, and the AI provider that powers Kai. Some of these providers may store or process information overseas. We never sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don't share your email address with anyone for their own marketing.

Kai and your information

What you type to Kai is processed by a third-party AI provider to generate responses. Please don't share sensitive personal, health, financial or confidential information with Kai. Kai gives learning feedback; it doesn't make decisions about you, and course completion is recorded by our learning platform.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@wonderfullyai.com. If you have a concern, please contact us first; you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

6. Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars. Wonderfully AI is not currently registered for GST, so GST is not included or charged.
